This Thursday, LCI broadcasts at 8:40 p.m. an exclusive document from our colleagues from New York Times on the Boutcha massacre, perpetrated at the beginning of April 2022. Using surveillance images, which the Russian soldiers thought they had destroyed, analyzing photos and videos taken discreetly by residents, but also those captured by military drones, New York Times managed to prove how and who organized the massacre inside this small town, occupied for only a month. “This damning investigation shows in detail that these massacres are not random acts of violence but that they are part of a methodically planned lethal operation”explains the New York Times.
