7. Drink plenty of water

Drinking enough water is a good preventive measure to protect yourself from back pain!

How to relieve back pain?

Above all, avoid self-medication. When back pain becomes serious, it is better to consult a doctor to find a suitable treatment with him. Don’t let back pain linger, it could get worse quickly.
