Send your report: the procedure

HEYME car insurance

In the event of an accident, collision, pile-up… A report must be drawn up even for minor damage. How is it going and who to send it to?

What is an observation?

A report is a document that allows you to report a claim to your car insurance. It explains the circumstances of an accident, facilitates compensation and helps insurance to determine the share of responsibility of each.

The report is written in a single copy but each driver can keep a copy. Once signed, it cannot be changed.

A standard form is available on the internet. It can also be provided to you by your car insurer. Always keep a copy (in your glove box for example) ready to use if needed.

Auto E-report

The E-constat auto application was created to immediately report a collision to your insurance.

It gives a lot of flexibility to the procedure by allowing you to fill in a report on your Smartphone easily and quickly.

Do not forget to properly describe the damage and provide the necessary information. The application will allow you to have a complete report that traces all the details, with photos for illustration.

A copy is then sent to the drivers concerned and to your insurer if it is on the list of proposed agents.

The advantage of the auto e-report: fast, reliable, simple and dematerialized.

To whom should you send your report?
