Shibarium: SHIB layer 2 soon in beta

Last January, the lead developer of the Shiba Inu (SHIB) project unveiled shibarium. In practice, Shibarium is a network of second layer (Layer 2) of Ethereum. Through its deployment, the SHIB would have its own playground.
