After stops in London and Paris the day before, the Ukrainian leader arrived in Brussels, on a French plane with Emmanuel Macron, to participate in a summit of EU heads of state and government. Moved to tears when speaking during his speech in Parliament, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky insisted that the defense of Ukrainian territory against Russian invasion was also the defense of Europe.
