War in Ukraine children detained and abused in Kherson

A child torture center. This is what the Ukrainian investigators would have discovered, in Kherson, these days. The large southern city, liberated on November 11, was the scene of “war crimes”, according to kyiv, which accuses Moscow of “atrocities” in the region.

According to Dmitro Loubinets, the commissioner for human rights of the Ukrainian parliament, the cell devoted to children was in one of the four torture centers created by the Russians in Kherson. The commissioner detailed these places this Thursday, during the presentation of a series of reports on the crimes committed by the occupier: “We found ten torture chambers in the Kherson region, four in the city itself. In one of these rooms, we discovered a separate room, a cell where children were locked up. (…) Even the occupier called it that: a cell for children.”
